Pete Gibson | Episode 59

We welcome Pete Gibson, CIO/CTO for Johnny Rockets and Friendly’s Restaurant, to ShandeeLand for this week’s episode.  Pete is responsible for all aspects of their technology program and IT organization.  He sits down with Shandee and discusses why technology is a major enablement of a restaurant and how technology is improving hospitality.  Interestingly, Pete had an integral part in developing Naval defense and intelligence systems.  Pete likes to work with “think on your feet people” and chats about his interview process and his go-to question and what he looks for in the answer.  Pete also shares his favorite part of leading an organization of people.
